Connecting Worknet to HubSpot

Introduction

This manual provides step-by-step instructions to integrate Worknet with HubSpot.
By completing this setup, you will enable Worknet to:

• Fetch data from your HubSpot instance
• Personalize customer experiences
• Write information into your CRM for improved accuracy and effectiveness

This guide is intended for administrators responsible for configuring integrations in Worknet.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

• Administrator access to Worknet
• HubSpot Admin permissions (only HubSpot admins can authorize apps and grant required permissions)
• Your HubSpot Account ID (explained in Step 3)
  
   

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Connections in Worknet

1. Log in to Worknet Admin.
2. From the left-hand menu, choose “Connections”.

Step 2: Add a New Connection

1. Click “Add Connection” in the upper-right corner.
2. Select HubSpot and click “Next”.
   
    

Step 3: Complete Connection Details

Fill in the required fields:

• Name: Enter a recognizable name (e.g., HubSpot – Production).
• Description: (Optional) Add notes for your team.
• HubSpot Account ID:
  • Log in to HubSpot.
  • Copy the 8-digit value from your URL.
    • Example: If the URL is
      https://app-na2.hubspot.com/contacts/12345678/objects/0-2/views/all/list
      then 12345678 is your Account ID.

✅ Click Save once complete.

Step 4: Authorize HubSpot

1. Sign in to your HubSpot account (you must be a HubSpot admin) if not already signed in.
2. Select the appropriate account (if multiple accounts exist, ensure you choose the one with relevant data for Worknet).

3. Review the permissions requested by Worknet.
4. Click “Connect App.”

Completion

🎉 Congratulations! Your Worknet account is now connected to HubSpot.
Worknet can now:

• Fetch HubSpot data
• Personalize your customer interactions
• Write back into HubSpot CRM for improved operations
   

Troubleshooting

• Invalid Account ID: Verify the 8-digit number copied from the URL.
• Multiple Accounts: Ensure the correct HubSpot environment is selected.
• Permission Denied: Confirm you are a HubSpot Admin with sufficient rights.
