Here are the steps to set up the Worknet AI ChatGPT Native Zendesk app
1. Click this link Worknet AI ChatGPT to navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace.
2. Click the install button
3. Select the Zendesk system that you'd like to install Worknet.ai
4. In your Zendesk admin experience. Define role and/or group restriction, if needed. And then click the Sign in with Worknet AI ChatGPT Copilot using your G Suite or Office 365 accounts. In the end click install or update.
5. When done click the INSTALL or UPDATE button at the bottom.
6. Once installed your can re-order your Zendesk apps
7. The final step - navigate to your ticket experience and check that Worknet.ai ChatGPT is available
You are done with the Worknet.ai ChatGPT installation for Zendesk. The next and last step is to install Worknet in your Slack environment and connect it to your Zendesk.
Installing Worknet in Slack and connecting Zendesk
1. Click this link Worknet to navigate to the Worknet app on the Slack App store
2. Click [Sign in to Install]
3. Follow the installation steps.
4. When done - Navigate to the Slack Worknet app - select Team setting from the action drop down.
5. Click the [Config] Zendesk integration action button.
6. Click the [Settings] action button
7. Type the subdomain name that you are using for your Zendesk instance and [Submit]
8. You'll receive this message in the message tab of the Worknet app - click [allow] access
