Adding Worknet to a channel

Worknet allows to effectively manage channels as well as providing insights and analytics based on channels conversation. 

To get Worknet to work it needs to be invited to channels. When invited it'll scan through the content of the channel and power the inbox and the analytics dashboard.  

There are three ways to add Worknet (Slack app) to a channel.

1. Invite Worknet like a participant

Type @worknet   

You'll get this message

Click [Add to Channel]

Done. App was added to the channel.

Worknet will post this ephemeral message - visible only to the person that added the app. If it's an internal channel define the team members that provide service.  

2. Invite Worknet using slash /command

Type /worknet and post 

 Done

3. Add Worknet as an app to the channel 

Navigate to the channel participants. Top right corner. 

Click on the Integrations tab and then choose Add an app

You'll get this view. Click [Add] next to Worknet. Done.
