Here is an overview of Slack Worknet app home tab.
It brings together the different Worknet capabilities helping you better serve your internal and external customers via Slack.
Here is a brief info about each button (tab) in the home page.
- Inbox - automatically identifies any request that hasn't been addressed. Allowing you to quick reply, react by an emoji, dismiss or get your team to help you.
- Bulk messaging - you can send a bulk channel and DM messages. Both support internal and external channels and users. For Bulk channel message examples, include release notes, system is down. And for the DM messages you could send individual messages to Slack users.
- Report - it includes a link to our BI dashboard that is designed for each one of our customers. By default it includes info like average response time or time to resolution. But also the number of contacts that have been engaged with each customer and users leaderboards.
